HANAGASA PARADE & WORKSHOP

EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

Join our annual “HANAGASA PARADE” (flower hat dance parade) at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s 2018 SAKURA MATSURI on Saturday, April 28th, from 4:00-5:00pm, at the Osborne Garden.

Anyone is welcome to parade. All you have to do is register with us and come to at least one of our HANAGASA ODORI (flower hat dance) workshops.

Registration Fee (hat rental fee – cash only): $10, Free for children(paper hat).

2018 Hanagasa Odori Workshop Schedule:

Date: Saturdays, March 17th & April 31st, 1:00pm-2pm

Place: Playwrights Rehearsal Studios (440 Lafayette Street) 4th Fl. # 4A.

Fees: Adult $10/each class, free for children who dance with a parent.
